Exceptionally clean property in an excellent location. Graham was warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection was good.

The room was very cold and although we did find a fan heater it was noisy and didn’t keep the heat in. The bathroom though beautifully decorated was very cold.

Very clean , very comfortable great value for money.

Cutlery needs re newing but all was good . Had what you needed.

Lovely, comfy b&b, nice and close to Windermere town and a short walk down to Bowness. Graham was amazing and couldn’t be more helpful and communicative, really friendly. Room was bigger than I expected from a single, bed really comfy, lovely and warm. There is a very friendly cat in the property who was a lovely surprise. Water pressure great and everything spotless, bathroom decor maybe needs a wee update but that’s utter quibbling!

Almost nothing - you can hear other guests in the hall when they’re going in and out so soundproofing could be a wee bit better but that’s just par for course in an old house.

Great location, clean tidy rooms. Accommodating staff with nice continental breakfast.

Well situated on quiet road but with easy access to trains and buses. Clean and tidy. Would stay again.
