The location was superb - right on the main street through the middle of town, but still private and quiet, despite enthusiastic late night hijinks from university students in the pubs. Excellent facilities and great furnishings. Easy to find. Parking was an easy five-minute walk from the property, and it was no problem to drop off our bags, then drive the car to the free public lot around the corner. Was in town for just one night on a quick visit to the university, but it would be great for longer stay. My unit was a hotel / studio style room - no kitchen facilities, though there was a mini fridge. If I came back for a more extended visit, I'd definitely try to get one of the units with a kitchen. Wonderful stay!

We arrived after dark, and our unit was sort of hidden. We had to follow signage through a warren of side and back gardens to get to it, which wouldn't have been a problem if the lighting had been a little better. We figured it out, and it wasn't really a problem -- just something to be aware of!

The property exceeded our expectations, but these weren't high because of some of the previous review comments. However, the room was spacious, the location is ideal for all the historic and golf sites, as well as for cafes, shops and dining in the town centre, yet, it's a quiet spot. The bathroom functionality was good, and there's even a shower robe in the wardrobe. Tea and coffee were well stocked, and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was competitively-priced for St Andrews, but the town itself commands pretty steep rates, It's a lovely town, but it's not cheap to visit. If you wish to check in early or leave late, you can pay by the hour. While I can understand this in high season, the management could provide a little flexibility in low season. As we were arriving by public transport, we either had to kill an hour before we could enter the building, or pay up. We stay in many apartments each year, and most, provided you're not pushing for ridiculous extensions, show some flexibility towards their paying guests. Note that of March 2026, there is building construction behind the property, but as it's only active during daytime working hours, it's not a big inconvenience.

Das check-in ist unkompliziert und total angenehm. Die Lage ist top und das Gebäude von außen wunderschön! Die Wohnung war ein Traum, sehr Sauber neuwertig und schön ! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße vor dem Gebäude oder ein großer Parkplatz gleich gegenüber

Super central location but very quiet. Beds were really comfortable, fantastic shower and products, big smart TV. Coffee machine & kettle with plenty of different teas. New and modern room.

Room (twin) was way smaller than the photos, no space to put suitcase/bags.

Very modern and good value

My room was a shoe box, and i mean i literally fell onto the bed upon opening the door. Maybe i misinterpreted the advertisement but wow, it was TIGHT. I also requested 1 double bed and not two singles, my request had been confirmed so was very disappointed when my bed was 2 singles mattresses. 10am check out is also very disappointing.

Excellent bathroom facilities, very comfy bed, very clean and great location.

Flat 2 was nicely furnished & spacious, and in a central location.

The location is perfect with everything including the bus station within walking distance. Although very central it was very quiet and secure during our three night stay. The staff were available & helpful. The apartment was clean, modern & very comfortable.

We were informed before travelling that we had been "upgraded" to a two bed apartment. However, on arrival although it was a two bed apartment there was only access to one bedroom and the upgrade was really just a bigger sitting room. Clearly as a couple we only needed one bedroom & that was what we had booked. but as I suffer from insomnia a second bedroom is very handy at times if I have a poor night. It was just a little disappointing after receiving the email before leaving home. Also there was no full length mirror (not really a complaint just an observation)
