Square Green - No 12 Garden

Very close to town centre, under 7 minute walk, as long as you don't mind walking uphill. Great garden area which has sun good part of day.

Location first class, however it is on a blind corner. Even taking care it has a good possibility when leaving the car park that you could be hit by another vehicle.

Key box not numbered clearly. Key for entry vestibule just spun round in lock. The lock needs replaced. Lock on Apartment door was fine. TV no UK programmes( so Tennis or Football European Championship) a staff member came to fix it but was unable to do so. Instructions for some kitchen kit could make it easier to operate . For example microwave power rating.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped.

Coming out of the carpark was a bit scary as it's right on a blind corner.

Large and modern apartment. Spacious bed- and bathrooms in quality materials. Good kitchen facilities with coffee/tea provided by owner. Good, uncovered parking immediately outside the building. Central St Andrews is a good five minute walk away, where you will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafés, etc. 10-15 minutes walk to the coast and cathedral ruins.

Some difficulties finding the key box upon arrival - better instructions would have been nice.

The location was good a short walk from centre of town.

Liked everything about the apartment. Was so lovely.

Cooker did not work

Great location, very neat and modern flat and facilities, loved the sofa and putting green.

The information booklet was for another property as the wifi was wrong and it said the rubbish bin was in the island but there was no island. Would be good to have instructions on how to use the bedside lamps, washing machine etc.
