Location, size of apartment, style etc. Had everything we needed.

Flat was warm and a little stuffy. All of the patio doors were unlocked when we arrived. When you opened the doors for fresh air, lots of creepy crawlies were found on the floor in various rooms. No windows to open for fresh air. Someone had turned the fridge to high, meaning our milk and food wasn't cold. Next morning I turned to low and was fine afterwards.
