The view

The furniture is old, table is not the same as advertised.

The view of the beach from the balcony and easy access to beach, comfortable of the area plus the security guys were friendly.

The inner curtains were slight worn out and fan was not functioning likely the beach waves gave us lively breeze. The shower gel container were empty. The bedding was not properly cleaned or vacuumed there's was slightly human hair or pets hair.

The sea view was perfect.

The stove plates work, but only one speed, namely high HOT. The oven was not working at all. When we report the matter to the owner of this flat. she explained the oven keep tripping the eclectricity. So they disconnected the oven from the DB Board. The main shower leaks continuously water through the floor tiles. After showering, the complete bathroom floor is covered with water. Even if you mop the floor afterwards, the floor keeps wet a lot. We also report the matter to the owner. There were no braai tools if you decide to braai outside. According to the Housekeeper, the above mentioned problems ARE OLD CONCERNS. THE OWNER KNOWS ABOUT IT. The daily tariff we paid, were FAR BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. We summarised these concerns as a very unsecure and unsafe flat to stay.

We had an amazing time there, the host, security personnel both for day and night were very friendly and accommodating.

Clean and perfect

Leaking water in bathroom si the floor is soaked after each shower. Not all the outlets worked the secondary bathroom shower door kept unhinging and the blinds in second bedroom could not close
