The staff was friendly... Especially the security guys. Mr Sithole and Mr Xaba friendly and always willing to assist...

The room was clean, the ocean view was amazing

There was no remote for television in the room and the TV was placed on mute.

Closer to the beach , close to the mall , peaceful area / neighbourhood , hot water doesn’t run out , it was clean , wifi available, all kitchen utensils are there for self catering , and staff was lovely .

Atleast enough tissues in the bathrooms if people booked more than 2 nights , at the kitchen also have dishwashing liquid or like basic dishwashing materials. Otherwise the place is lovely

I liked the views. I liked the safety and security. I found the beach access easy . The bar downstairs was convenient. We were able to walk to the Checkers, and it was down the road. I enjoyed the views from the balcony.

I would have liked some bedside mats. Toilet mat as well. Some lights for the dressing table would be helpful.

Loved the view. The quietness was very welcome.

Back gate was locked due to storm without notice. Fridge is very small. Not all of the stoves plates work, some even tripped the electricity. Remotes are broken. Pillows and beds are in need of replacement.
