The Old Chemist - Viking Bay Getaway

It is the second time I have stayed and it won't be the last. The house is very comfortable and you have that feeling of being home. Very well decorated, clean with great access

Good location, reasonably priced.

Open plan bath not liked by my friends, shower used instead. My wife partially disabled. Managed stairs but would prefer ground floor bedroom/amenities. This should be made clear on booking form.

Location, amenities, cleanliness, ease of check in

My only criticism is that I thought the master bedroom was meant to be a king bed / large double and it felt quite small

We have stayed here 3 times now and will be back again. Love the location, the fact it’s dog friendly and is spacious with our children.

Only issue we have is theres no outside space for the dog to go out but not that much of a problem as we still rebook.

It was very close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. It was decorated to a high standard and comfortable

The location is excellent. 200m from beach and town centre yet quiet. The living/kitchen space was large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Would book it again.

Parking during the day is a slight issue. We had to park a 5-10 minute walk away during the day but that was not really a big problem.
