The location. The spacious apartment and comfortable beds. The "welcome pack" was also a great touch.

Nothing serious. The shower holder needs fixing back to the wall. The windows don't open or won't stay open. I think they need new sash cords.

Perfect location, central and easy to get to the beach. The apartment was perfect for our group stay, well equipped and plenty of room for 6 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner accommodated our check in requirements and kindly checked in with me by text once we’d arrived, to see if we needed anything.

Everything! the apartment was lovely, clean and great location

The property is in a great location right in the center of Broadstairs. there are lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. It also backs on to a reasonably priced carpark so is very convenient. The hosts were very communicative and provided lots of helpful info. Check in and out via the lockbox was easy. The apartment was a good layout, with two double beds and a separate toilet and shower. there’s a nice living area with a sofa and TV. Overall it was very well appointed and comfortable. The property has a small kitchen with a fridge and sink etc. The drinks and biscuits were a nice touch on arrival.

I did think the property was a little overpriced. The apartment is up a lot (3/4 flights) of very tight stairs so I wouldn’t say this apartment is suitable for the elderly or those with a park unless you are prepared for stairs! There were some elements of the cleaning that could do with looking at - for example the bar stools under the breakfast bar were thick with dust so much I could write my name in it. The final issue for me was the signs saying ‘there is no washing up fairy, please wash up’ and you must take your own rubbish to the bins at the end of the road. They came across as a bit patronizing. I really don’t mind washing up after myself, but for the price we paid I think asking guests to run their rubbish to the end of the road is unreasonable. It would be fine if the place was priced like a self-catering apartment, but this property is priced like an expensive hotel room.

Great apartment in a great location central to all local amenities. The hosts kept in touch and were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and would have let us leave later than check-out time if we had needed to.

very small stair, difficult for hanging big and heavy luggage and bag. no cleaning service after leaving.
