Driftwood Apartments Broadstairs

The location was great and there was plenty of space, the seaside decorations were in keeping with the name and location. The living room was cosy and comfy and it was nice to have a seating area for our breakfast. We had a great night's sleep.

Parts of the property were a little tired and dated, there were areas of grubbiness and the 'free' toiletries consisted of some hand-wash. A couple of things were broken and the signs were a bit blunt, if paying a £60 cleaning fee I'm not sure I want to be taking rubbish along the street to a collection point.

Great location. Very helpful host. Lovely comfortable apartment. Clean and nice set up. All the bedrooms were a decent size. Really enjoyed the stay and exploring Broadstairs.

Would have been perfect if there had been another seat/pouff or a couple of stools so everyone could sit together but we managed well.

The host (Helen) was very friendly and helpful, and offered both an early check in and late check out . The property was well equip with everything we needed, as well as coffee, tea and milk, and cold drinks in the fridge. The sheets and linen were clean and fresh and beds were comfy. The property is a stones throw away from the beach. We would definitely go back!

Elements of the decor could perhaps do with an update, but this was minor and did not affect our stay.

Great location near the beach. Well presented flat with all the essentials provided.

Not a dislike but the penthouse is up a few flights of stairs. Not easy if you have heavy bags.
