Driftwood Apartments Broadstairs

Great location and great to have 4 rooms

I grew up in Broadstairs and, for a time in the ‘80s, lived right next door to the Driftwood Apartments, so when I saw that they were available for a family trip to the UK, I jumped at the chance…and I’m glad I did! Perfect location for a ‘roots trip’ to Broadstairs. Spotlessly clean, spacious for the six of us and quaint, seaside style decor. Absolutely loved it!

It was in the middle of lots of lovely pubs and restaurants.

The property is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do the place justice, the rooms are larger than they look in the photos. Everything was lovely and the location is excellent. I didnt realise the actual apartment was over two floors, after going up one floor to emter the apartment, the kitchen, living area and one bedroom are on the lower floor, and the other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. Which gave the feeling of more space and felt like you were in a house! We'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others wanting to stay in Broadstairs!

The property owner is very kind and prepared all the drinks and complements in the fridge for the guests. The location is very convenient and a lot of choices for dining out.

The stairs to get up to the room is a bit narrow particularly when you have to carry the heavy luggage. Otherwise, it is quite convenient.

The lovely welcoming touches (tea coffee milk soft drinks) the location, and the space. Helen was an amazing host, and really accomodating. We were able to check in a little earlier, and when my little one locked the keys in the apartment, she came down quickly and gave us some spare keys.
