Aelia Apartments

First of all, the positioning is ideal — right in the old port area, surrounded by shops and traditional tavernas. Despite the inevitable hustle and bustle during peak season, the apartment is just a few steps down a narrow, pedestrian-only street, where all the street noise disappears completely. (Note: the full path to the apartment isn't visible on Google Street View.) You then enter a small, very welcoming courtyard — exactly as shown in the presentation photos. A lovely touch is the bird singing in its cage, which adds a peaceful, almost forest-like atmosphere. The interior of the apartment is almost brand new. Everything is fully functional, spotlessly clean, and the mattress was excellent. After a day at the beach, this place is ideal for relaxing. The two air conditioning units are extremely quiet and very well positioned. In conclusion, it’s clear that attention has been paid to every little detail — nothing has been left to chance.

I couldn’t find any negative aspects.

Appartamentino delizioso completamente ristrutturato con un balconcino che affaccia su un giardinetto, dotato di cucina e di ogni confort. Il proprietario Alexandros, persona molto accogliente e simpatica, ci ha accolto con frutta del suo giardino, raki e dei buonissimi biscotti fatti in casa dalla moglie. Ci ha dato anche preziose indicazioni sul parcheggio ( che abbiamo sempre trovato nei dintorni ) e le spiaggie. La posizione è fantastica vicino al centro storico ma in un vicoletto molto silenzioso e caratteristico. Mi sono sentita veramente a casa !!

Excellent accommodation. Great location. Alexandre the host was amazing and very informative. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Balcony overlooks a beautiful garden and the apartment was lovely and quiet, despite being central to Chania Old Town. The host Alexander was extremely warm and welcoming, and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Everything! Perfect location and great facilities. The air conditioning worked brilliantly in the heatwave too. There were hundreds of swifts flying around to observe from the balcony which I loved watching. The host was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. If we return to the area we will certainly stay here again.

The apartment is cozy but squeaky clean. Location is in the heart of the old town yet quiet and peaceful. Alexander is a gracious host and tries to help in any way possible.
