L’appartamento del complesso Bianca che ci ha ospitato si trova in una posizione molto comoda: nel contempo a pochi minuti sia dal mare sia dal centro di Premantura, è vicino anche all’ingresso della riserva naturale ‘Kamenjak’, vera chicca di questa zona dell’Istria, dove infatti - complice la possibilità di optare tra diverse baie - abbiamo trascorso giornate tra la natura, il mare cristallino, divertimento e relax. L’abitazione è molto confortevole: moderna, di recente ristrutturazione, è dotata di un terrazzo vivibile che – attrezzato con due lettini, ombrellone e tavolo – rappresenta uno dei punti forti della casa. Comodo per fare colazione, pranzare o cenare, scorgendo il mare sullo sfondo. La pulizia è un altro degli aspetti caratteristici di questa location: i sanitari del bagno, ma anche gli armadi, la cucina, gli infissi. Il soggiorno è spazioso, così come la camera. Molto comoda la doccia ‘walk-in’. Efficiente, benché contenuta negli spazi, la cucina, dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. Comodi, non da ultimi, la possibilità di utilizzare la lavanderia e il posto auto riservato praticamente di fronte all’abitazione. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremo volentieri in questo complesso residenziale.

We were completely delighted with the Bianca apartment. The location is excellent - quiet, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The furnishings left nothing to be desired: modern, clean and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Mattress topper are provided for a softer sleeping experience. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious terrace, where we were able to enjoy many evenings with a sea view. The hosts were particularly friendly and helpful and the contact via WhatsApp was uncomplicated. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijk elke avond buiten gegeten. Prima bedden, fantastisch. Super attente host.

The structure is located in a quiet place, closed to the Premantura's center and to the natural reserve entrance. The comunication with the hosts is perfectly clear and detailed for each needs. The home is well cured in every single detail, nothing misses for your confort, perfectly clean and modern furnished. All the apartments have a private outdoor place, then there is a big common garden and a barbeque that can be used. All the apartments have got an own private parking and 8 professional mountain bike that you can use free. I strongly suggest bicicles to visit the natural reserve (BTW, entering to the natural reserve by by bike or by foot is for free).
