The owner as well as the staff was really friendly and they were really helpful regarding to our wishes and questions. The apartment is well-equipped, one does not need to bring own equipment nor run to the next shop for a paper towel, a soap or a mosquito repellent. The cleanliness was extraordinary. The beds were comfortable not some old mattresses. The price includes the use of the laundry room, bicycles even car charging. The building has a big green closed garden.

Great communication, supr-clean, elegant, garden, great beds, shadows on the terrace, all well managed with nice bonuses like free bicycles, parking just in front of the apartment, washing machines and dryers. Helpful Rosa on the site. Just perfect.

Franz, the host, is great! Very kind and helpful both before and after the stay. The indications provided by email with precise PDFs with the indications for the use of the keys, the rooms and common areas, travel information and suggestions for restaurants and clubs in Premantura are much appreciated. Rosa , who takes care of the house, is very nice and kind. Excellent cleaning and fantastic location! As soon as possible I will return with friends / family / partner.
