Good location

The beds were incredible uncomfortable and noisy. The main bed made noise every time you moved. The cutlery was dirty. The head clearance from the spiral stairs is very low, unless you are a child you will need to crouch down. They also wobble a lot!

Breakfast not provided. Very clean, and masses of space downstairs. The host kindly came and helped me when I had trouble locking the door (my fault!). Sloping ceiling in bed gallery would be challenging for a tall person but it was a lovely loft space to sleep in. I hadn't realised there was a spiral staircase to the gallery - fun but possibly a bit awkward if you had a big case to take upstairs, though there is a wardrobe cupboard downstairs which you could use. Very good location for the wedding I was attending with secluded off road parking immediately outside the property.

Lovely big property perfect for a family of 4 and suited us perfectly. Would certainly re-book if we visit the area again. Paul was a great host and property spot on.

Probably the spiral staircase could be a little dangerous for kids or elderly. But to be honest kids slept downstairs so wasn’t really too much of a problem.

Spiral stairs were noisy and difficult to manoeuvre through. Some bakeware was not clean but we decided on takeout so didn't affect us. Hooks or somewhere to rest clean clothes/etc. in the bathroom would have been helpful.
