The Studio

IThe Studio is more suited to being called the barn, as it feels very much like a small barn conversion. The location is off a main road, so the secure, reserved off road parking space is great The decor was fabulous as was all the facilities, it was really comfortable and very easy to relax in. It was decorated minimal but very tastefully. The Studio had everything for a very comfortable stay.. As I had my dog with me I slept on the sofa bed downstairs which was so comfortable.

The spiral staircase was a little wobbly and pretty difficult to navigate especially with luggage. The vertical blinds were missing a closure/opening mechanism which meant stretching and turning one of the slats fixing to close them, this was necessary as the external light was permanently on at night. , I did not realise that there was not an outside area for my dog to use, however there are many pretty walks around and the recreation ground just around the corner. which made for a lovely walk morning and evening.

Absolutely gorgeous studio with all the required equipment and furniture for a comfortable stay. As we had 2 grown up children it would have been nice to have an inflatable mattress as an extra bed as well as the sofa bed, especially as there is ample space to accommodate this.

We weren’t to sure about the stairs as a couple of spindles were loose and we also banged our heads a couple of times on the bedroom roof

Excellent location for surrounding areas. Spacious downstairs and very cosy. Easy check in on arrival. The mattress and duvet was very comfortable. WiFi speeds were very good. Wll equipped kitchen.

The pillows were hard but that can be down to personal preference. The sloped ceiling in bedroom suits shorter guest's. Staircase felt awkward as it's quite tight and didn't feel overly stable when using.

Nice clean and very spacious apartment. Great for exploring the area around Bath, Bristol and Stonehenge.

The property was clean and spacious. Parking was good and it is located not far from a little shop. Bathroom large and clean.

Upstairs is not suitable due to the spiral stairs and the head room and quite dangerous with the open stairs. It was warm when we stayed but leaving the velux open was not an option due to a dog barking in a neighbour property . No blinds on the velux meant everytime a neighbours outdoor light was activated it shone upstairs. The downstairs sofa bed is large but there are no curtains on the large full length windows and the blinds do not close properly so not only is it not private but also we had the problem of other guest parking and reversing in front of the windows and being woken by the lights and the noise throughout the night. Our stay was to attend a family Graduation but we got a total of one hour and 25 minutes sleep while there. A gesture of milk in the fridge would also have been a nice addition. Overall hugely disappointed.

Cosy and modern little studio. Clean and comfortable bedding, soft towels. Conveniently located, close to Bath and Bristol.

The stairs to the bedroom are very narrow.
