We absolutely loved the place. It great for one to three people. Very cozy. Well lit and very clean. Right off of a main road, but the traffic wasn't too noisy at all. It was quite comfortable and relaxing. Absolutely loved all the trees around the area, especially for Florida. It's one of the best places we've stayed at for a short vacation, and we would definitely rent this again. In a great location, too! Everything was no more than 20 minutes (or less) to anywhere we wanted to go in Gainesville. Needed more toilet paper and wanted a couple more towels, and was contacted via phone within minutes of sending a message on the Booking.com app. They dropped off the items the very next day. Fantastic customer service.

The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable around the edges of it, and my husband and I both have severe arthritis, so we are more particular about the kind of mattress we need. But for most people, the bed would have been fine. No other complaints at all. The place had everything we needed.

We slept 4 very confortable but I should ask for an extra pillows an towels I had to buy 2 extra towels We had stayed in the 2 bedroom Apt and we like it a lot if I need to go there again I will stay at the same place
