Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment

Fantastic apartment and very comfortable. If you're visiting a child at UF or have a function at UF, THIS is the place to stay. It was a 3 minute drive to my daughter's dorm at UF. The on-site gym facilities were fantastic as was the pool. The apartment was fabulous, can't say enough good things about it!!

I honestly cannot say there was one specific thing I enjoyed that I could list it was everything. There is nothing I did not like so, if this helps some I can say that I was very much surprised at how this apartment is decorated, the cleanliness, the openness of the apartment the great lighting that helps bring it alive, the friendliness of the host, the fact that you will have not only a nice big laundry room in house, you will also find big washer and drier inside said laundry room in the apartment! Great Florida sunshine flowing in every room also helps. A pretty large beautiful kitchen is also a plus, all counters are granite, with a huge single bowl sink that adds to the greatness of this kitchen but you will not need it unless you enjoy doing dishes. because there is a full size stainless steel dishwasher in unit also. My son used the living room as his room and on normal circumstances we would have gotten a two bedroom apartment but I had a good feeling it would work just fine. and it has! He is a gamer so he uses the nice square kitchen table to house his monitor and keyboard. The couch is a double size bed that could use an added pad which we got for him. It isn’t the owners responsibility to do this because it’s a couch and not supposed to be used on a regular basis and we are happy here so we didn’t mind adding these things. There is two large 50+ in TVs for use in the bedroom and living room, and they all are 4k with ROKU built in for Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu plus a quite a bit of local stations you can pick up aloe. There is ample storage for instance my son is using the front door closet as the closet to hang his hood clothes, it has plenty of space to put his clothes basket for his dirty clothes basket and shoes. the second closet we use for him has shelving so we use it to place his folded laundry, like a dresser and it works perfect. I’m a huge on organization and this is perfect for us. There is a place in here for everything and everyone.

NOTHING! We were so grateful to the host Brett, he is extremely accommodating, friendly and answers any question you have almost immediately. i only needed to ask one question in a week, but he answered me within seconds literally. If you see a negative review on this place The Scholar it’s a lie, a bold face lie. I am super picky and I cannot provide to you one aspect we did not enjoy. It also has a beautiful clean large gym, a game room for guest at anytime with couches, sinks large trendy chairs and two full size pool tables. And don’t get me started about the beautiful pool. With beautiful resort like aspects like waterfalls small but nonetheless beautiful. With beautiful seating and large resort like umbrellas to shade the fair skin people who burn easily or who just don’t want to be in direct sun. Just over all for me and my family 100% A++++ Will definitely use this place for any needs we may find. We are moving into the area and have been in process of building our home locally and it’s been to say it without profanity a nightmare. We stayed a week on a farm house which was adequate but I work from home and need adequate WiFi to have meetings over zoom. And it was a bit far out. This place to our surprise has the best WiFi capability we have ever seen even in Houston we’re we came from. We did a speed test well my son did to make sure he could run the newest COD on it and we’re all amazed that it was plugging 500+ gigs. it’s more than we have seen and it was a HUGE selling point for my baby since he is not in his new room yet but told me that if we had to be anywhere outside of our home he wanted to stay here. There is shopping gas stations food grocery stores all within minutes even walking distance.
