Beautiful apartment in great location!

The appartement is big with High windows - Sea view ok but no breach just view on muddy waters and cranes - Side view is on high rise buildings.

Room was clean but rest of premises were far from spotless .... Hall , swimming pool corridors . The check in was extremely complex as keys were to be picked up from a secret box - Details were asked on how the check in would be done BUT - Was answered that information would come AFTER PAYMENT to booking .com and 24 hours prior to arrival via SMS . The SMS came 24hours prior to check in with INSTRUCTIONS ON AN 8 PAGES LONG DOCUMENT - With request to pay for a deposit giving credit card number via whatsap ! or bank transfer ( which was not possible as an international bank transfer would take about 3 days ) After refusal to give bank details or credit card details it was eventually agreed that somebody would meet in person. The deposit Had to be paid CASH 200 ringitt The same person came back at check out and 80 ringints were deduced due to the fact that we requested a late check out - 1pm instead of 11 am . Altogether for a short weekend from Singapore to Penang , the whole process of check in caused much un necessary stress , even if eventually things worked ok. The deposit should be able to be paid through security guard as well as a simple keys pick up.
