The unit was well maintained and clean. Owner puts in efforts to make the place cozy and comfortable. The air-cond was cooling and there are fans provided too! I was there with my family to attend a wedding, the unit is just right for the 5 of us. Great view both from the living room as well as from the bedroom upstairs where you wake up with the view of the sea. This unit is equipped with all necessary items to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. Highly recommended as it has a great location, away from the city center, fantastic view and Starbucks, Family Mart, etc within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again ❤
The lift needs maintenance. I think there are 4 lifts, but they are not functioning well. Hence, the waiting time is long and if you are unlucky, it will not go to Basement. Hence, best to unload at lobby level and park outside.

Second time visiting for this year. Lots of shops under the apartment. Clean and comfortable for big family. Great view in the morning.
Parking bit complicated if have more than one car.

A great location, seaview so pretty! Many stores downstairs and around the facility. Walking distance to beach and stores. Easy finding for eateries too. When I arrived it’s clean. Got microwave for heating food. Cozy living room space. Can accomodate up to 7 adults. My family and I love it!
