The cleanliness condition was concerning. Although the host was responsive and tried to resolve the issue promptly, the overall hygiene was still unsatisfactory. There were lice/bugs found during the stay, which is completely unacceptable and greatly affected the experience.

Very disappointing. There was visible mould in multiple areas of the property, which made it feel unsafe and unhygienic. The building is quite dated and clearly needs maintenance. The access card barely worked, which was inconvenient. We were also assigned 2 parking spaces, but one of them was taken by another vehicle and the issue was not resolved after contacting the owner. Overall, the property did not meet expectations.
