Great location a block away from main square and cenote, ample room for my family of 5, Bety kind, welcomed us and gave us tips for the night show about 20 mins walk away. A great 1 night stay with a walk to the cenote the next day. Kitchen handy. AC working.

Parking on street only but it seemed fine (Bety said safe).

Muy amplia habitación con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía. Mama Bety fue muy amable de recibir nuestro equipaje antes del check-in con que pudimos ir a visitar las zonas arqueológicas

Las paredes tenían mucha humedad y la ducha no tenía nada de presión, casi ni salía agua. El resto, todo muy correcto considerando su precio.

I like the they had water and good quality toilet paper. I like the location and that the TV worked. The place was of a good size. Hot water for the shower.

The place smelled like sewer. I tweeted not to use strong scents. And I'm glad I did because it would had been worse to smell sewer and vanilla. I was able to find where the smell came from, it was the drain in the shower of the top apartment. We covered while not in use and it helped. I suggest it's updated with something that doesn't let odors scape or put a cover and explain to the guest. I understand it's an older building and things may not be as easy, but to me it would be worth it. I wish they had hammocks in the rooms even if only by request. They had the hooks in the room, I made the request but was denied. If I visit Yucatan, the place famous for hammock, I would want to lay on one.
