The surrounding facilities

The room did not match the photos provided in the listing. The air conditioning was not powerful enough and should be upgraded. Additionally, the room lacked basic kitchen utensils like plates, which should be provided. The overall room concept was different than expected. Finally, the check-in process for the key was very time-consuming; a more streamlined and efficient method is needed
