"I enjoyed the peace and quiet there, but you needed a car as the single lane was dangerous"

Modern and light

There wasn't any instructions, that I couldn't find, like how to operate the microwave ! No dish cloth, so went out and purchased one The kitchen bin needed a good clean especially the inside of the lid !

"Super quiet wonderful stay"

Sadly the methods provided by booking .com did not open key safe ,luckily a neighbour helped to get correct code,other than that a beautiful place ,but you need transport.

Very peaceful location but not far from beach and extensive footpaths very close by . Very close to East Ruston Vicarage Gardens. Great for cycling and dog walks

Beautiful location, very peaceful. Lovely place to stay. Very cosy and comfortable 😊

Would have preferred a king-size bed over a double as lovely big bedroom and could easily fit.

"Little family get away"

Felt clean and cosy and was perfectly comfortable, owner left a bottle of wine and packet of biscuits which was a nice little touch 🙂, kitchen had everything we needed,
