Loved the layout and cleanliness. Loved the downstairs lounge.

The up stairs bed was very wobbly.

Good location, easy access, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen with free tea and coffee. Warm and good heating system.

Carpets have seen better days, one ensuite shower was blocked so reduced to one shower for 4 people when chose this location for 2 bathrooms.

Unfortunately, when checking into the apartment it was not as expected or what was advertised. We were surprised at the level of uncleanliness and existing damage to the property. The most concerning items for us were the smell of damp when entering the property, and the security of the property. The property looks as though it had been broken into at some point and there is an excessive gap on the lock side. Unfortunately, due to the security concern, it meant we were unable to fully relax on our holiday especially with a young child. Parking was also difficult during the whole of our stay. Lastly, a £200 ‘refundable’ damage deposit was taken from us 24hrs before check-in (although there is no mention of this on the booking advertisement description), not sure what this deposit is spent on due to the level of current damage.

I liked the location as it was close to town and beech. The pizza place across the road was fabulous, the best pizza ever and lovely staff.

I didn't like the stained settee or the filthy toilets with brown bowl, yellow around top of bowl an a toilet freshener that was definitely there for way past its time. Grime on the shower tiles and very uncomfortable beds. Cutlery and dishes filthy. I sent an email asking how to turn heating on but wasn't told how too. I did send an email to them after they asked me to rate their place. It was sadly lacking and definitely needed new cleaners to bring it up to standard. I don't like being the one to give a bad review but I would not return to this place. Parking is fine if you can get it on the street, otherwise its £5 a night, across the road. The cost of the accommodation was expensive for the length we were there and the condition of the place. I did read the reviews on this place before going but I can only assume they were written a long time ago.

This was a great apartment, close to the beach and shops, very spacious for what we needed. Was able to check out later too.

The beds were like cardboard

Absolutely beautiful apartment, in a great location. 10mins walk from Bournemouth town centre, 20 mins walk to the nearest beaches. 15 min drive to sandbanks. Apartment is well maintained, clean and tidy and fitted to a very high spec. Check in was so easy, free parking is actually readily available on near by streets. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
