Trendy Urban Industrial Apartment - Great Location - Parking - Fast WiFi - Smart TV - Beautiful 2 Double Bedroom Apartment sleeps up to 4!

Great location and very comfortable accommodation. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

The bath towels were a bit small but that's the only fault

The apartment was modernly furnished, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed.

Nothing. Everything was great.

spacious, trendy, 2 double bedrooms, nice layout, lovely showers, nice water pressure. amenities were good,

upstairs door handle loose, damp in upstairs bedroom ceiling/wall, upstairs bed slat is cracked and very squeaky, tv in kitchen has screen problem and no channels could be found, door to mini fridge downstairs in coming off the hinge and there is blue ice inside as if someone’s drink has leaked, parking was also a bit of a nightmare.

Great place for two couples to stay, well-equipped kitchen and bedrooms.

The first of us to arrive, relied 100% on the WIFI to communicate with the host and the other couple. It took me 3 visits to a nearby cafe for the host to give me the correct password...

When we open the door it smelt damp and the rug bown stairs wasn't flat and I tried over it the tv in the upstairs bedroom didn't find a chanel and also the one in the kitchen.

Easy instructions (including how to spot the front door). Lock box easy to use. Location perfect for driving to Littledown swimming pool and walking into the town centre. Local pizza restaurant excellent, also beer from micro pub good. A decent local Coop meant buying in the few extras we needed was great. Heating easy to use so could feel warm when we needed to. Layout was perfect to spread out and TVs in every room with good access to different platforms good.

Parking was fine until the Saturday night. We came back at 2100 and no street parking available and all spaces for cars in 24hr car park in use. It meant we had to park in a coach bay and keep checking for when we could move the car...so we couldn't just crash and relax. The smart TV s were not immediately obvious to me how to use (got there in the end!); a few written instructions would be helpful for those like me who do not have a smart tv.

The bedding was clean & comfortable. The apartment was lovely but the downstairs could do with a air purifier as there's no windows & it smells of damp. Air fresheners do not fix the issue. The parrot decor was Amazing!! The kicthen was clean (dishwasher) did not work. Needed maintenance for it to be used. The location was loud.. Couldn't open upstairs windows as people could literally climb inside. The kicthen had tea, sugar, and some complemently biscuits which was pleasant.

Check in time was at 4 which was a little late for our liking. It wasted our first day which was a bummer, Plus you have to check out by 10am. Robbery at the cost of the customer 😒 I had to pay a extra £200 deposit to stay at the promises. 11 days later, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be credited to my account. It almost feels like a robbery. Never again!! I have a family to feed.
