Beautiful AlumPointe Apartment - 400m to the beach

Very clean and well appointed apartment with parking directly in front of the building. Easy access to beach and shops/restaurants in Westbourne. Lovely 30 min. walk along the beach into centre of Bournemouth. Unfortunately the 2nd double bed was tiny so it's not suitable for 4 people. Everything else was excellent and for 3 people or couple with small children I can highly recommend.

Clean, spacious, modern, easy parking, good location

Weak and unstable Wi-Fi throughout our stay, despite being informed by the host that the problem had been fixed. This is more of an issue because of the poor phone signal in the location. No heating or hot water or TV until we contacted the host on the second day. The house guide stated that heating was on permanently and gave no instructions for turning it on.

Apartment was very spacious, light and airy. Location was very good & a few minutes walk to the beach which is lovely Nice & quiet in the evenings There is a bus stop a few doors down that goes to & from the centre in the day time which was great But most of the time we walked along the beach. Communication from the team was perfect I honestly couldn't be happier with our stay

The only thing that I might change would be to add blinds or curtains to the Living room just to give a bit more privacy in the evenings

The property was well presented and clean on arrival. Proximity to the beach is excellent with only a short walk. Off road Parking facilities in front of the property. Property owners communicated well and checked in online after the first night. Great to be provided basic cleaning materials such as washing up liquid and sponges, dish cloths, etc (although the property did offer a dishwasher too).

All was fine, however if I did have to pick it would be that one of the bedside lamps in bedroom 1 was not working. Probably simply a case of change of light bulb. Also, water leaked from a small gap when using the shower, which made the bathroom floor wet and potentially hazardous. Could be addressed. I would also recommend curtains and blinds for the living room area. Would help with privacy and shade. I was also surprised that there was no recycling scheme for rubbish. Maybe the area is not as strict as my local borough!

So clean and easy to check in. They were super kind and made me feel welcome. Always responded to questions and parking was right outside.

Absolutely stunning and clean. This is something the UK do not do anymore. Nowhere is clean but these guys were on it!

It is a good apartment. Comfortable and meets all it said it would.

Check out time is too early, especially for people on holidays! Check out should be changed to 12 noon, giving the check-in at 4 pm, which is also too late. I believe the staff should look into this. For me, checking out at 10 am made things quite chaotic because I have two little children, and that time did not give us room to do all we needed to do before checking out! If I am to score based on checkout time! It will be a 4 out of 10! Just too early! Consider changing it to 12noon!
