Beautiful AlumPointe Apartment - 400m to the beach

Bright, airy and clean. Very convenient free parking. Excellent location for Breezer buses to Purbeck and Mudeford.

Annoying flashing light in fridge.

A modern building with easy off-street parking just down the street from the beach in a peaceful neighbourhood. The building faces the sun, so there's a lot of natural light. Two separate bedrooms is great for families. There's plenty of eating space. Beds were comfortable. I had some trouble with the combined washer/dryer, but was able to reach someone to resolve it through texts.

While the bathroom was modern and clean, it felt rather spartan. Could use more counter space and places to hang towels, etc. The building's stairwell could be freshened up too, but I realise there are other tenants in the building that the owner cannot necessarily control. Nothing bad, just a bit of indoor stairwell litter. I wanted to relet this place but found they won't allow stays of a single evening on weekends, which is both understandable and frustrating at the same time.

Beautiful new apartment, 15 mins downhill walk to stunning beach. Super clean and parking space included which is vital for Bournemouth. It's a little far out to walk to the centre often, but lovely walk along the beach to centre takes about 25 mins.

Just few extra touches would make it perfect, needs a coffee maker, a few more towels per guest and also a set of drawers in each bedroom as it was a little light on clothes storage. Few little bits needed fixing such as wobbly tap in kitchen and the dining table top needed securing, but nothing detracted from our wonderful stay. 😊
