Beautiful AlumPointe Apartment - 400m to the beach

comfortable, spacious, bright modern decor, well equipped kitchen and nice touches like a phone charging option by the bed.

allocated parking space taken by other guest on late evening arrival so not the property’s fault and there was on street parking nearby. parked fine next day.

Location, style, parking, beach.

Sadly the Neighbours were very noisy, but we were going to bed around 11pm, so it could be classed as early, but the language and tone of the neighbours was not good. We don´t know if they lived there or were also renting. Not good but clearly not entirely the responsibility of the hosts.

Fantastic location to the beach and town although a very steep walk back up the hill to the apartment but we managed with two prams. Such a great apartment with everything you need, really modern and clean. We will certainly stay again.

The location was perfect. Very close to the beach and easy access to the Jurassic coast. The actual apartment is of a very high standard. It has everything you could possibly need, apart maybe from a freezer compartment in the fridge. There is free parking on site. Without a doubt I would have given it a five star rating if it wasn't for the noise we experienced from other residents.

Although the sound-proofing was very good with regard to voices/TV etc, unfortunately there was a very heavy footed guest who we assumed was in the apartment above who seemed to walk around almost continuously every morning and late into the evening that we were there. Such a shame as otherwise the apartment was pretty perfect. Luckily night times were quiet.

Property is generally nice and has a good location :)

We had to stay for 1,5 hours in front of the doors because we haven’t got a time to pay deposit, which we wanted to pay inside but we had to stay like dogs in front of the apartment for so long to get the codes because the women said to my by the phone that ‚nobody knows the codes for the apartment and I have to pay the deposit first’. Everyone knew the codes…Of course the stay was already paid, but it was only about the deposit (we were staying there for one whole day only) We’ve had a very long flight and no battery on our phones and I don’t wish experience like this to anyone…
