Apartamentos Villa Margarita

Just perfekt situated.The beach is just in front. Wonderful view. All restaurant and bars are arround. The owner ist very friendly:)

It would be good that tha sign of Villa Margarita hast a light that you can See when IT IS DARK so you can see t easy.

What did I, we like? First of all, the location, the view to the sea. The apartment was spacious, nice living room with an amazing view, the owner is very kind.

Almost nothing. Maybe it would be nice from my part to mention that: - you will have to pay, extra to the accommodation costs the tourist tax, not a big amount, but an extra cost. - the property has a small parking that is also for an extra cost of 4E / day (in the period I was there). I did not pay this parking and I found every day free parking on the street - maybe with a 5-10 minutes searching around...

In this apartment, the only place we wanted to relax was the terrace. The owner of the house is kind.

Upon entering the apartment, there was a terrible smell of age, which did not go away even when the windows were open. The kitchen appliances are all worn out and in a terrible condition, I didn't even want to touch them. The buttons of the kettle were covered with a layer of grease that you didn't even want to touch. Soap diluted with water in the bathroom, I saw something like that for the first time! The apartment is in a great location with a beautiful view, but I wouldn't go back there, I recommend a major renovation and then host guests.

Beautiful sunny apartment with a perfect location. Wonderful views out to the sea, and a huge variety of bars and restaurants as soon as you walk out the apartment. Although, still lovely and quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Ines is a wonderful host - very accommodating. Thank you so much - volveramos!

Great location and seaview.

There is no washing machine in the appartment. We had to ask the owner to use her washing machine

The view and location as it was more or less on the beach. The views are very good and there is a nice walk way to stroll along near the beach.

1. Doors do not function properly and emit a loud noise echoing throughout the building when being opened and closed. 2. There is no washing machine other than the one the hotel uses for hotel cleaning. 3. There is no air conditioning. 4. There was no shampoo provided. 5. The towels provided were older and worse than any we have thrown away at home. 6. The beds are old and uncomfortable with a plastic underlay that caused sweating. 7. There was one old dusty fan to provide little relief from the heat. It was suggested to open the windows which as you can imagine allowed all the street noise in. 8. There are very limited number of electrical receptacles. Over all the place was not advertised according to what actually took place. We had to leave the 2nd day of our 6 day stay as it was impossible to get reasonable sleep.
