Apartamentos Villa Margarita

Nice appartment, the furniture is bit old, but clean. Beautiful view, the landlady is lovely and helpful.

The beds were a bit hard.

Spacious apartments, there is everything you need. Good location - there is a bus stop and an Eroski supermarket nearby. Nice view from the balcony Pleasant and friendly hostess. The elevator takes you to the 4th floor - yes, there is an elevator in the villa!

There is not such thing.

Everything was perfect!

Location is unbeatable, right in front of the beach and there is all sort of facilities around, i.e. supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. within 3min wall. The host was super kind and very flexible with check out, which was greatly appreciated.

The towels and bedsheets could do with a renovation and the dinnerware could be a bit more extensive, e.g. there wasn't a bowl for a salad. Having a washing machine in the apartment would have been very handy.

You can't ask for a better balcony view. The sea is just a few meters away from you. Spectacular view and location Thw host is very friendly and flexible. Whenever there's a possibility to check in/out earlier/later, she will help with that. Generally we had very smooth and nice communication with her While the apartment is right on the first line, at night it's very quiet It's surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops so location is great

The apartment is needing renovation (bathtub is quite old and it felt like stepping in you were gonna fall through it, shower head got all clogged, beds and the furniture in general is quite old The apartment was a bit dusty (curtains, bed covers, etc). I feel like we might have been first guests of the year and they haven't had a chance to properly tidy it. No critical issues. And balcony view totally covers all other little issues

Uncomplicated and very nice lady. Internal patio with parking and great location right near the water line with the pier to the left and the beach to the right. Many restaurants and shops are nearby as well as several roads without traffic, great for walking around with our 2 year old. The playground near the Aldi was great with wonderful restaurants around. Inward and in the opposite direction of the Aldi there was a nice shaded playground too. Good for holidays with or without car.

It is a typical Mediterranean building with weak sound insulation. Considering the proximity to the ocean it is very well maintained. But the sound came in from everywhere. From the neighbours through the walls and the windows. Our child in the living room slept with the waves, the fridge and the water deposit humming all night. The kitchen door is not in place (space is tight so I guess it would bother). We slept in the room with some occasional noise from the back roads and the elevator shaft that has walls with the room. Basically it depends on luck. One day it is quiet and maybe the next there is a barking dog. The car traffic is however very reduced in the night and I still consider the apartment was a good option for the budget we set.

Location, view & the comfort inside the apartment were very good. We really enjoyed Calla Millor beach for swimming n sun bathing, shopping in Bess & Eureka( right next door)! There were lot of beautiful bays not far from the property down south of the Island. super market Mercadona had very tasty freshly made takeaways. there were number of local restaurants. Walk little bit away from the boulevard and you will find excellent local cuisine in very reasonable prices.
