Comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Just a short 5 minute walk from the Venetian harbour. Supermarket close by. No issues parking. Washing machine available.

Construction work right next door so you have to keep the bedroom shutters and window closed during the day and it’s noisy. They start around 7am so no lie ins. If you’re an early bird it’s no issue. Bathroom could do with refurbishing. No plug in bathroom sink.

距离海滩很近，步行可抵达沙滩、海鲜餐馆和超市，住宅内设备、用具非常齐全，甚至可以体验DIY美食的乐趣。屋主装饰了非常多的很有生活气息的装饰，Wi-Fi也很流畅！

不知道什么原因，门有些紧，需要用很大的力气才能推开，以及热水的开关会自动关闭，需要每过一段时间手动开启，否则就需要非常快速的洗澡才不会被冷水淋到：）

Τοποθεσία και χωροθέτηση δωματίων. Σαφείς οδηγίες από ιδιοκτήτη. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ (αρχές Νοεμβρίου) και εύκολη πρόσβαση πεζή σε μνημεία και φαρμακείο, εστιατόρια, αρτοποιεία κοκ

Χρειάζεται καλύτερη λύση από το ράντζο (ή καλύτερης ποιότητας ράντζο) από το υπάρχον στο διαμέρισμα. Επιβεβλημένη ανακαίνιση στο μπάνιο.

La terasse, la dimension de l’appartement et aussi son positionnement

Le bâtiment est juste à côté d’un autre qui est en train d’être construit et il y avait donc du bruit le matin. D’ailleurs, l’appartement pourrait avoir quelques rénovations ici et là
