В съседство има строеж, работниците започват да шумят от 7 ч всяка сутрин, от всички страни прозорци и тераси имат изглед само към строежа. Бойлерът за топла вода изключва автоматично на всеки 30 мин и постоянно трябва да се включва.

The apartment location was perfect. A short walk from Chania harbour.

It is a building site, the view is not pleasant and the builders started work at 7am!

The property needs some attention. It could use some updates. Bathroom was not in great shape.

The bathroom needed attention and fresh paint job overalls. No clothes pins to hang up any clothes.

The best choice! This is honestly the best area to stay. In just 5 minutes you’re at the beach if you go left, and in another 5 minutes you reach the Venetian harbor if you go right. Everything you need is close by – pharmacies, a 24/7 supermarket, and plenty of tasty tavernas. You really don’t need a car unless you plan to explore the whole island. There’s also free parking, and it was always easy to find a spot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host, Nikolas, was amazing – he answered all our questions no matter the time, which made everything so easy. Right now (July 2025) there are some construction works in front of the building, but it didn’t really bother us because we were out most of the day, usually at the beach. Next time we come, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Close to town centre, restaurants. Nearby shop for groceries. Short walk to excellent beach.

Sadly the sea view no longer exists, it disappeared during our stay as the building work grew higher - excellent entertainment for our 3 year old grandson.

Amazing all around! The host was very communicative and generous. The location was ideal - within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and sites such as the old town and lighthouse. Plenty of room for a family of 5.
