Apartment position is fantastic: close to city center and to the sea Comminication with apartment owner is very good: he is very kind and present with the guests. Aprtment Fornitures and Facilities are the best you can have

Nice place to stay with all the amenities you need! Easy self check in on request. Voula even left is some welcome wine and snacks :)

VERY NICE AND CLEAN APPARTMENT WITH EVERYTHING IN IT (FREEZER, SUN UMBRELLAS, TOSTER, WASHMACHINE....) NOT FAR FROM THE BEACH AND A SUPERMARKET. WI FI IS VERY GOOD.THE HOST IS A VERY FRENDLY LADY. WE RECEIVED A WELLCOME SNAK AND A BOTTLE OF CRETAN WINE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We traveled by car and it was super convenient, enough parking space and it felt safe, in general, the location was very quiet. The apartment is a good size and it has anything you would need for your stay (freezer, kitchen, oven, cutlery, etc. ) It was super clean and in very good shape, everything was in its place and very tidy, very comfortable stay. Nea Chora Beach and all its amenities (restaurants, bar, etc. ) are within walking distance. I would recommend it blindfolded.

Not sure how accessible is if you don't have a car, however, there is 1 main road nearby and some bus stops I could see, I just can't tell how easy it is, but I'm not saying it's a "con". The only super minor improvement I would make is to able to have a better TV or at least a Chromecast or some kind of smart box for when you get home and rest a little bit, but hey you don't go to Crete to watch streaming haha, however it's the only thing I would improve if I'm being asked.

Very nice place, we are really satisfied with our stay in the studio at Voula's. We spent our summer vacation here and were delighted with the location (the studio is very close to the beaches, the promenade with restaurants, bakeries, etc., as well as a large supermarket nearby, a shopping base, and you can easily walk to the old town; the area is quiet, which is good for relaxation). The studio is comfortable and well-equipped (plus for the sharp knives in the kitchen 😉), we found everything we needed and more, we felt very taken care of having an extra set of clean towels, linens and even the possibility to use beach accessories. The owner was very nice and showed interest. We definitely recommend and hope to return there ourselves.

It was a big and great apartment. The apartment was clean with everything you needed. It was nice bedrooms and good space for everyone. Great welcome with cakes and wine, all over a really good stay with the beach near by.
