Swan lodge

The property is so neat and beautiful. Check-in is so easy and The beds were so comfortable. We had a very nice time during our stay.. Loved the propertyy so much.

The area and the lodge itself was amazing and really comfortable.

I didn't find little basic things like salt, tea, coffee, sugar which usually hotels/houses provide. But nothing major, the place was absolutely lovely.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, lovely lakeside property.

Lovely area, great view, good size. Has potential to be 10 with right care and the right host. Comfy beds, nice decor, stair gate for kids, outdoor fire place.

The cleanliness is too be worked on. It needs a deep clean with windows and corners. No communication with the host, all automatic, didn't reply to our messages and didn't picked the phone up. Leaking sink in the kitchen, flooding the kitchen floor Radiators in the bathroom don't work Not clean, as you would expect for the price Tiny bath towels Dirty sofa in the living room Bathrooms could use a TLC No hairdryer No toilet seat The woodburner that is for show only, misleading on the images when you book No handtowels

the location is quiet and peaceful

only one bath/shower room for a big group freezer is full of the owner's stuff reported light switch in the shower as cord snapped but no reply/no action, had to shower use toilet using our phone torch. can not locate other facilities like hair dryer

Location was lovely, outlook onto the lake was beautiful, it was a great area. Easy to get the keys , everything was ready for us when we arrived.

A few little niggles, which we reported and were sorted quickly.
