Very comfortable room! The room is very small, and super clean, shower and bed was amazing!!

you can hear the people in the other room next door and room is quite small

The location was perfect! Right in between the city centre and also very close to the airport. The property was easy to access, the room was really cosy and the bathroom was also very nice. The tea/coffee available was also a lovely touch. :)

可惜的是沒有洗碗機與洗碗用的菜瓜布，鹽巴不太夠用

Las vistas de esta habitación son maravillosas, para disfrutar de amaneceres y atardeceres con el lago Wakatipu. La habitación es muy practica y nueva, para poner tu ropa hay un pequeño perchero, aunque es justo para las maletas. El baño es grande y excelente, con toallero radiador. Hay aire acondicionado o estufa de calor, que en unos minutos se calienta perfectamente la habitación. Hay mesa y sillas para desayunar o cenar dentro. La cama es bastante bueno, y la zona es muy silenciosa.

Hay nevera y calentador de agua, eche en falta un microondas y una tostadora para poder desayunar de forma mas decente. Me hubiese gustado disponer de algunos sobres de infusiones, ya que solo habia dos para tres dias y algo mas de chocolate o leche.

We stayed at flat A with kitchen - launch, bedroom and bathroom. It is a great flat, modern, good size, comfortable, clean, well equipped, with great views. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful.

The hosts seem to live upstairs. We experienced the sound and slight vibration of ongoing heavy foot traffic that traveled downstairs. The couple upstairs seemed very active and kept walking and talking even past 10 pm. After midnight they added some music and continued to be busy and, yes, they still walked until they finally went to bed at 4 am in the morning. We were unable to sleep and struggled through the next day. The one and only frying pan in the kitchen was in a dire state. Hence, we did not want to use it and changed our dinner plans.

The owner quite rude Firstly: she texted in day of booking (we made it 2 month ahead) that we should text about code for entrance not later, than in day prior to check in We said okay We did it day prior as she asked and she said that she will not gave us code for paid booking with check in in 20 hours because ta daaaam - there people live there now (like we plan to break in as soon as we knew the code) So she said we should wait codes indormation in day of check in Also she never said hello/hi/good evening, answered quite harsh and rude (we don’t know why, it’s first time happened with us in 14 years of travelling) Owner acted like you live there for free and want to break in So it’s nice view from apartments, really nice, but next time we choose different place, because don’t want to feel like uninvited guests instead of travelers who booked and paid for stay
