A perfect location - each morning and evening was an absolute treat. The accommodation was simple but clean and well-presented

A few more amenities/welcome items and fresher milk would have been great, but this is a preference and didn't take away from the overall stay.

The view was somehow even better than it showed on the pictures! This is a must stay in Queenstown for that reason.

The room was a bit cramped, cups available extremely small for tea. The door of the shower also had a hole to open it and that meant the water was going through it.

Great room, great facilities, great location, great view. Host had good and fast communication.

This property was very clean, modern and comfortable. But what I loved most was the stunning views both from. Bedroom and terrace.

I have no criticism as it was perfect but maybe a little recommendation - to trim little bushes on patio about 30cm to allow for uninterrupted view when sitting on terrace.

When two suitcases are open in the “Deluxe Ensuited QB Room” (about 16 sqm) and the small folding table with two chairs is set up for breakfast, there’s practically no space left in the room. The photos on booking.com make the room appear much more spacious and of higher quality than it actually is. The amenities are very basic – no coffee press, no sharp knife, no cutting board, and only minimal dishes and cutlery. The house rules are displayed on the wall; guests are asked to dispose of their own trash, although at least the bed doesn’t have to be stripped. There was no personal contact with the hosts, as check-in is done via a key box. Unfortunately, the exterior light on the small terrace was not working. The spacious lakeview apartments shown in the listing are apparently not available on booking.com at all, no matter which dates you search for – which creates the impression of artificial scarcity (“only 1 left at this price on booking.com”). For the price charged (it was one of the most expensive stays of our four-week trip), the value for money was disappointing. 140 NZD per night would be reasonable. The location is about 6 km from Queenstown’s center.
