Too many unnecessary rules i

Seeing the wild animals up close

Bed was broken, aircon needs regassing( the heat was terrible) Lighting in the room was horrible. Big windows have no curtains so the sun breaks your sleep at sunrise..indoor pool milky not clear. Noisy neighbours and no one to contact as reception does not respond after 5pm. Sound proof walls was false advertising....we as guests had to clean on checkout to get the deposit refunded (doesn't count as a holiday if you have to clean and worry about all these things) breakfast is for 1 day only not the duration of the stay

I liked the 3bedroom house ELANDS

I really disliked the other two chalet ( impala and bushbuk) it was like I was on episode of lost

Nothing there was no service at all.

The place was not clean or being cleaned,the beds and couches were very uncomfortable,no towels had to ask for toilet paper.the pool was bad,no WiFi no network

The host welcomed us and attended to all our needs they went an extra mile making sure that we are happy we will gladly make a U turn

The floor needs tiles the old chalets need some renovations

The wild animals. The quietness. That it felt homely. Many things that I liked.

That the tiles could not shine. That we were not told in advance about not being Uber around and had to call someone in advance before the time to go. That the pool was not warm enough...more like luke-warm
