Hot water.Breakfast first day it was a disaster. After talking to the host, it improved for the next days.

The outside apartment was not as I've seen on bookings. It looked more like an dugen. Inside it was horror. Wardrobe head dead spiders and dirty floor.Old polish floor which has never been polished. Bed was old and sinking.ugly yellow bedroom made the room look worse. Millipedes had an field day. Room was very depressing and very ugly. They need to tile the floor and change beds. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It's a no go area. Absolutely waste of money. Night mare for me, I had to request a cleaner to mop and it still looked worse because of no polish. No buffet breakfast, they dish up for you. No coffee or tea on breakfast table.

"Moving from RDP house to a mansion"

The environment is good for tourists. Electricity got trapped in our room and we were moved to a luxurious house and wow, we enjoyed our stay there.

Breakfast wasn't good enough, not worth it,not well prepared. Public pools and the restaurant are not in good condition.

The outside area was beautiful.. The animals and pools great. Breakfast was amazing and on time.

The shower handles were dirty.. The was insects in d rooms which made it uncomfortable to sleep.. We didn't have water every night... It was switched on in d morning after 7am.....on Saturday there was electricity issues... Plugs were not working.aircon not working. .. Lights went on and off till Sunday...

I can't think of anything nice to say about the place

First we struggled to enter the premises as they were not answering the phone, The place was dirty inside with the hips of ants soil The fridge is not getting cold my food got waisted The water got cut off from 18:00 till morning The shower head is like you are showering on a tap We chose to have breakfast indoors and we were not served with the juice We booked for a family of 5 but we got 4 plates, 4 bowls and 4 cups I regret my staying there
