The swimming pools were clean and well maintained. I appreciated that each room had its own private bathroom, which was very convenient. I also loved being able to take walks in nature and see wildlife like zebras and monkeys. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable and a great amenity to have.

The staff lacked proper communication throughout our stay. All of our breakfast orders were incorrect, and we waited nearly two hours to be served with no updates or explanation. The egg whites were undercooked and runny, and the food was cold when it finally arrived. The sleeper sofas were in poor condition, with springs pushing through the cushions, making them very uncomfortable. When I requested a fan because the room was extremely hot, I was told none were available. Additionally, there was no hot water in the main bedroom. There was also a hole in the frame of the front door where large ants had built a nest. We couldn’t leave a plate of food out or even the microwave for even two minutes without it becoming covered in ants.
