The convenience, the staff and the pools

The wait for breakfast and menu, even if you put your order the day before you wait. Showering with cold water they need to change the gas heaters coz that was not pleasant.

The food was nice but the menu is limited it needed a few other things. Like pancakes, fruits etc... the pool was nice and blue , we loved the view of the pool from our room especially at night

I think the drainage system is bad because the toilet kept on blocking , and why does the bathroom have no windows??but yeah other than the bathroom everything was super clean and nice , ohh the stove kept on switching off

Nice place but still being evamped

Aircon wasn't working in our rooms and reception alerted on our arrival but nothing done till we left, it was freezing Breakfast is not inclusive, as they claim on their advert, food they provide but juice or tea is paid for, none of that mentioned on their advert
