Cocina bien equipada.

Tiene costes muy altos por check in después de las 20h, que podrían anunciarlo antes de la contratación. Tuvimos que esperar más de 40min para hacer el check in. Las cunas/tronas tienen coste adicional.

El piso es grande y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Está ubicado cerca de la playa y tiene una parada del tranvía de Alicante y supermercados cerca.

El apartamento está muy nuevo, bien cuidado y limpio. Tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa, y ventiladores de techo en el salón y dos dormitorios. La ubicación es muy buena.

Llegaron tarde a la entrega de llaves, por lo que tuvimos que estar en la calle esperando con el calor que hacía. Pregunté si había gel en los baños de antemano, y confirmaron que sí, pero al llegar no había en ninguno, y solamente uno tenía jabón de manos. Penalizan si no sacas la basura, pero solamente proporcionan una bolsa. No hay suficiente lavavajillas para lavar a mano, un sobrecito enano que no da para nada. Me parece que esos básicos de bolsas de basura, jabón y lavavajillas deberían de estar cubiertos. Aparte, la comunicación un poco atropellada, no respondían rápido y llamé pero no me lo cogieron.

Está cerca de la playa y es una zona tranquila.

La limpieza, todos los aires estaban sucios. Hacen una limpieza por encima. Las camas cada vez que te giras suenan mucho,no son nada comodas. Muchas cosas no funcionaban. Se ve que es un piso muy usado para una construcción bastante reciente.

"Hemos estado muy bien y muy cómodos."

El apartamento es moderno y está muy bien puesto. Aire acondicionado estupendo. Está a 7 minutos andando de la playa. El personal atento y amable.

Las almohadas no estaban muy limpias al quitarles las fundas. No había papel higiénico ni gel de ducha (esto no tiene mayor importancia).
