Ubicación y servicios generales del apartamento, cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. Menaje de cocina y utensilios completo. Buena atención por parte de la anfitriona a la entrega de las llaves y las indicaciones

Las toallas de baño son un poco pequeñas. Puede que algunos de los muebles de la cocina necesiten alguna renovación.

Good kitchen/saloon area. More than enough space, good equiped kitchen. 5-6min to the beach.

Cleaning was not the best, a lot of hair from previuos customers in towels and on flooring. Both showers were broken when we arrived. They were fixed quite was, but it is not acceptable to provide accomandation with such defects. Apartment already needs an update, as a lot of things are scratched or looks over used.

The location- so close to the beach, and tram stop. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Grocery store only 3 min walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The balcony is very small. Nice sized pool, but could go with being retiled.

"Lovely well located clean apartment"

Spacious, spotlessy, clean 3 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor. Lovely living area with well equipped kitchen.( no toaster) Tiny narrow balcony, barely accommodate two people. Location approx 4 mins walk from beautiful beach and amazing prom and tram stop.

Outdoor space was disappointing. Narrow balcony with restricted sun until early afternoon. Communal pool area had no sunchairs or sun beds. Fixed Bench seating along by wall and picnic table available. Lacked somewhere to enjoy the evening sun. Also had to give 300€ deposit on arrival. We stayed 5 nights and returned for another 4 nights booking after a trip to Valencia and had to pay the €300 deposit again. This showed no regard for our previous visit. We are a retired couple who left apartment in excellent condition
