Comprehensive instructions on how to collect keys were provided in advance. We had a penthouse apartment and it is a huge space, 3 large comfortable bedrooms and a large kitchen, dining / living space. The apartment is warm and comfortable.

The showers have very low pressure which varies. There was a unusual smell in one of the bedrooms, a fuel type smell when we arrived but it faded throughout our stay.

The noise from other residents was just awful. We were there with equestrian kids competing and paid for them to be comfortable. The apartments were full of people partying and coming in and out very loudly both nights. The apartment was wrecked beside us and the front door key had to be changed. This appears to be a regular occurrence, so people booking with kids should be advised of this. The apartments were clean and in a good location but there was no possibility of sleep with the noise level.

A smart TV should be better for children for their entertainment.

Dog friendly, doggie park about 1k down the road. Clean, had everything you needed on site. Kids loved staying over for St Patricks day.
