Key collection is from 15:00, the keys are in a lockbox on location. Guests will be emailed check in details 48-24 hours prior to arrival. This information will include the apartment number and how to retrieve the keys from the appropriate lock box. These are located outside the main entrance to the apartment building. Keys must be returned by 10:30 on the day of departure. Any keys lost will result in a GBP 50 fee. Please note, pets can only be accommodated by prior request and approval with the property, as there are limited pet-friendly rooms available. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. During your stay local noise abatement bylaws are in effect, and quiet is required after 23:00. A deposit may be required at the property.

Love the spaciousness of the open plan kitchen dining and seating area

Only minor gripe would be there not being enough cutlery for all 6 of us, plates too big for the microwave. I would recommend either the apartments having an air fryer or for guests to bring their own. Overall though these apartments are fantastic and we would definitely return 👍

Beautiful big apartment, everything in it needed for a comfortable stay, Rooms were big and spacious, plenty of natural light

No problem paying a security deposit, but first I heard about it was when they rang me looking for it less than 24hrs before my stay, Nothing was ever mentioned in the information giving or any correspondence through booking
