Location is perfect

The booking offers a pay at venue option, this gave me the impression that when i arrived, i would be able to pay the full amount to the person checking me in. This again was not true as i received a message stating i would need to pay 50% to secure my booking and a link would be sent... days later i msg'd asking for the link and nothing eventually the day before the stay i eventually get the link and it is on whatsapp... this started feeling like a scam... the same link eventually came on the booking's message platform and i was able to pay and the link was now for 100%. The listing states there is off at parking, on the day i get informed that i should park on the street and that it is safe. I ask to park in the scure parking and receive a message it is at the back. When i arrive at 4:30 i cannot find the gate for the parking and decide to park in the street. I find the key box for the keys to get access to the apartment and no combination has been sent to me. This has not started off as a good experience.... The room is adequate but the is highly in need of a few repairs. There a quite a few broken/cracked tiles. The curtains dont close peoperly so the street lamp shone in the whole night. No tv remote to be found anywhere, i tried to call to ask... but no one answered. And no sugar so the truth coffee which i was quite excited about when to waste. With a little love this unit could be amazing.

Conflicting information about how to get keys. Booking.Com says something different to the email. Also kitchen sink blocked and unable to wash dishes.

Couldn’t get the tv to work, did the usual on off at wall. Also instructions to apartment not good as coffee kiosk has been closed for 3 months !

Great location, lots of thoughtful details - like aircon running before we arrived, coffee machine with plenty of pods, milk and water in fridge etc. cannot find fault.

Not much - but if I must, loose bathroom tap!

Off street parking offered was not practical as there is no space to park. Bed linen was not clean. No hot water. Requested payment link and 30 minute early check in more than a week in advance. Only received feedback a couple of hours before check in.

great being above a coffee shop and having access to all the restaurants right there. Spatious room and nice not having a landlord hanging around and checking in constantly.

Got the feeling we moved in directly after another lot moved out...cleanliness a little questionable.
