Great location and well decorated apartment.

Entrance to the apartment was very dark, no lights on at the main door. Was hard to find initially, and no lights on in the evenings gave an unsafe feeling.

Central location.

- The terms and conditions of the booking were different from those communicated by booking.com (specifically, the booking isn't reserved until it's paid) - the air-conditioning unit makes an intermittent banging noise and emits a chemical smell. This makes it unpleasant to use and impossible to sleep with. - the balcony was unlocked when I arrived, this and the unlit entrance didn't feel secure. I'd avoid staying here.

Location is fantastic.

Checking in was a nightmare. Clear instructions should be sent the day before check-in. Secure off-street parking is behind a gate, in a yard with junk. No demarcated parking spaces and a lock that did not work. We did not use it, and were stressed about leaving our car on the street. A microwave oven will make a big difference, as will a repair on the inside of the fridge door. The owners also need to think about where they expect their guests to clean used crockery and cutlery.

Only thing missing is a kitchen but don’t really need one with the great restaurants around

Perfect apartments in the city center with great balcony near the tram station. Definitely I will choose once again in the future

Excellent location just above a little square on the main road, close to all the restaurants and a few minutes' walk from the Franschhoek tram station. Private entrance door at street level leads straight to staircase up into the room with its interesting decor. Good size apartment with a balcony looking over the little square and the main road. Car parking on the street was safe.

It was alll great. Nice place to stay
