I dropped something under the bed and on retrieving it there was someone's underwear there, that was really gross that the bed hadn't been moved and cleaned under properly. I then was happy we didn't use any blankets because I don't think those were cleaned properly either

Wonderful couple breakaway

Super quiet, clean and a perfect getaway from the noise of the world. The hot tub and complimentary champagne was also a lovely touch.

Most of the wood for the hot tub outside was wet due to the rain but we can’t always control everything.

La Roche Estate is a breathtakingly beautiful place — quiet, private, and surrounded by stunning views. The suites are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a cozy charm. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in style. We really appreciated the peaceful environment and scenic atmosphere.

While the estate itself is gorgeous, some aspects of the service were disappointing. When we arrived, there was no welcome or help with our luggage — we had to manage everything ourselves. Also, it was extremely cold during our stay, and heaters weren’t offered until we requested them the next day. For such a beautiful place, we expected a more attentive and welcoming experience. A little extra hospitality would have made a big difference.
