Overall, everything was fine.

It could use a really good clean. The baseboards in the bathrooms are filthy and both tubs have build up. Additionally the shower liners are molding. The kitchen was partally clean with leftover food on the counter. I would suggest doing a deep clean every quarter to maintain the space.

The location is great. Very close to everything in the Gainesville area. Apartment complex was quiet and safe.

We had 6 people there for one week. They allow one parking space on property and we were told to park on the street or risk being towed for a second vehicle. No extra linens for the pull out sofa. No extra towels. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Facility was nice but I was disappointed with lack of planning with linens and toiletries.

Pretty apartment, convenient, spacious. Met our needs. Good location.

Beds were too hard or not comfy. My shoulders and hips got achy. It wasn't unbearable though.
