Grand Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Apartment with Balcony

Great location, great communication, clean, nice beds

Great location and apartment was nice and clean. The Scholar Team did an amazing job with communication and instructions.

The shower curtain was a little smelly but that could easily be fixed. Bedding had dining chairs had some stains and could use some cleaning.

Spaceous for a family

Separation of bedrooms for privacy. Comfortable beds. Clean. Nice weight room, pool and billiards.

No concerns.

Apartment was dirty upon arrival. Bed sheets have stains (looks like blood), dirt and hair all over them and the pillows, the extra sheets in the laundry room were also in bad shape with rips and stains, bathroom showers were dirty and shower curtains, the ceiling air conditioner vent in the living room if hanging out of the ceiling, the fridge and microwave were dirty, there was a used dirty washcloth in the bathroom hanging on the shower curtain rod and the ceiling fan in the bedroom to the right makes a lot of noise when turned on. I had spoke to someone on the phone about these issues and didn’t hear back almost for nearly an hour later after I reached back out! Mindy you it was only 6pm. Unbelievable… When I spoke to him the second time I was told that someone would be out the next morning, like what. My husband ended up going to Walmart buying sheets and some cleaning supplies and we did it ourselves. I cannot recommend this place after the service we received.

It was a nice large 2 bedroom apartment that was lot of security measures the door codes worked

I had a special trip planned for my 87-year-old uncle and unfortunately I was called the day of ,when we were going to Check-in and was told that the people that were currently in the apartment that we originally booked did not want to leave, So they allowed them to stay another day and I questioned how could that be, that I have a reservation and he quoted some Florida law that they can do that!? so reservations really don't mean anything!! reminds me of the Seinfield episode!! he said we have a similar property.. But I researched the one I wanted..ie it had a large balcony,but this one had more of a Juliet balcony and it was right on a highway,ground level, there were no chairs or tables or anything like the other one, so was really not a similar property in that regards so overall disappointed with that situation that you could be bumped literally hours before you plan on checking in and all the stress that goes with that And never offered any kind of rate reduction or anything of that sort. Also there is a coffee Maker but no coffee
