It was not an executive suite No tea, coffee, bottled water The towels were so small and thin Bath mats had bleach stains on them Kitchen utensils were old and marked

Vagten som er på stedet var meget emsig og gik meget tæt på flere gange for at se om man overholdte reglerne (ingen sko eller håndklæde på træterrassen). Man følte sig overvåget konstant.

Residence was spacious and the view from the long windows were great as you can see most of Penang. Facilities all provided but outdated. Huge Lounge space

There were long messages sent to me regarding rules and regulations but the main message for the QR code was not sent to enter the building and recover the keys from locker. Even security people were quite rude and not helpful. Residence all items from Bed to couches, cooking utensils to Bathroom appliances were all outdated and seems like to fill space all old furniture have been dumped in the residence. Washing machine was initially not working and then start leaking all water while washing, which made whole kitchen full of water. i complained so they fix it the kitchen was made mess after that.
